Returns & Refunds Policy

Effective Date: March 18, 2024


 

1. Eligibility- 

 

Customer is only eligible to return the painting under the following condition: Customer is not satisfied by the looks of the painting in person or the customer received a damaged painting due to unforeseen circumstances.

You may initiate a return within 7 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the painting must meet the following criteria: it must be in its original condition, the condition in which the customer got his painting in, if we suspect any unfair practices then the customer will not be eligible for the return.

 

2. Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Step 1: Contact us at sejaincreations@gmail.com or message us on WhatsApp within 7 days from the date of delivery. Provide your order details and a brief explanation of the reason for the return.

 

Step 2: Package the Painting Securely in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation. 

 

Step 4: Ship the painting to the address provided by us.

 

3. Return Inspection and Refund

 

In case of damaged painting due to unforeseen circumstances, we will inspect the situation and contact our delivery partner to make sure if the painting was damaged in transit to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria. If the return is approved, we will process the refund to your bank account. Please allow 3-6 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account, depending on your payment provider's policies. If the return is disapproved and we suspect something unfair, the painting will be shipped back to the customer and there will be no refund, so please be fair.

In case of returning the painting due to a change of mind or personal preferences or not liking the feel of painting in person, we will make sure that the painting is in its original form and start the refund to your bank account, please allow us 3-6 days for the refund to be reflected in your account. If the painting is not in its original form the customer will not be eligible for any refund and the painting will be shipped back to the customer, so please be fair

4. Return Shipping Costs and Restocking fee

 

In case of damaged painting due to unforeseen circumstances there will be no return shipping cost and restocking fee.

But if the customer returns the painting due to a change of mind or personal preferences or not liking the feel of painting in person, customer will have to pay for the return shipping cost and restocking fee which will be deducted from their refund amount. We highly recommend the customer to visit us offline if they can or contact us on whatsapp so we can help you to make sure that you are making the right decision of buying a particular painting and save you from the hassle of returning.

6. Fair Usage

 

We request that customers adhere to this Refunds and Returns Policy in a fair and reasonable manner. Excessive or abusive returns may lead to a restriction of purchases or eligibility for refunds.
